As you are aware, we have been actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation in the US, Canada and around the world inclusive of government decisions taken in the service of community safety. Experts and all levels of government have warned or advised the community about the greater transmission risks posed by large gatherings of people.
Due to the ongoing health risks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Executive Council and Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person convention scheduled for July 1-4, 2020 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
However, the convention will be going virtual on September 18-19, 2021
We are excited to bring more affordable learning experiences to all NCPACA members and non-members around the world, especially given the new reality of COVID-19’s impact on life, work and the economy. Virtual conferences can help you meet your CPE requirements, sharpen skills, evaluate emerging trends, and expand your network, all done safely from home.
Four students received scholarship money during the President’s Gala Night. Each student submitted an application with letters of recommendation and personal statements explaining why s/he wanted to become a CPA.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals. Your generous donations will fund our mission.

On behalf of the National Council of Philippine American Canadian Accountants, thank you to all who attended the 33rd Annual Professional Development Convention on July 4 -6, 2019 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, The Woodlands, Texas.
The convention was indeed a great success! So many people have contributed in so many ways to run this event smoothly, with all the meetings and very interesting presentations.
The convention was made possible through the hard work of our host chapter, the Filipino American Accountants of Texas (FAATx). Delegates of the 33rd Annual Professional Development Convention returned to their respective chapters fully equipped and inspired. We thank you for making the convention such a worthwhile experience with a very good atmosphere for discussion and networking. We know you spent many months planning the event and it was worth it. You did an excellent job organizing and managing the event. Personally, I liked your selection of plenary speakers. The technical session topics were very informative and relevant to our accounting profession. We brought home with us new learning's and lasting memories as we visited the beautiful places of Texas such as NASA, Galveston, Gulf Coast of Texas, and the City of Houston. The Woodlands Waterway is amazing. We thank our sponsors for their support in both sponsoring the event and their ongoing contributions to NCPACA. It contributed a lot to our success.
